    Unresponsive and neglectful building management

    Pros:
    Decent views of manhattan, frequent cleaning of building floors.
    Cons:
    Neglectful management of building. Expect your packages to be stolen often. There is a serious lack of building security however this slightly improved over my time there. Management refused to fix anything and often leaves you paying the bills. They will do their best not only to make you pay up, but try to make you pay for things you aren't even responsible for.
