    Worst building I have ever lived in

    Pros:
    Cheap rent? Other than that, absolutely nothing
    Cons:
    Trash, rats, leaks, unresponsive and ineffective management company
    Advice to owner:
    Please Do better.

    Management is prompt with solving concerns or issues.
    Cons:
    Rushed renovation (ex. Loose cabinet doors, in unit doors don’t fit doorway/won’t close entirely
