    Very nice landlord
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Got the place in great condition, landlord had painted the walls a fresh new coat and redid the floors as well. New appliances.
    Cons:
    Nothing, pretty content
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the great work. Happy tenant, happy landlord!
