    Pros:
    Backyard building with new washers and dryers in building. Amazing storage room for each apartment, varying in size depending on your unit. Building supervisor is really cool, always on top of things.
    Cons:
    There was a bad flood in October 2021 & the basement was destroyed & management wasn’t very forthcoming with what was happening. They sent the regular emails during/after but once construction started to refurb they weren’t as good about communicating. But in the end the finished product turned out great and i can attest from watching the construction that the building can’t flood like it did again.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep providing the same level of service as you have!
