    Pros:
    Great AC unit, huge bath and good amount of space for a couple.
    Cons:
    Hallways remain a little unkept. Garbage isn’t always taken out when it should be.
    Advice to owner:
    Spend a little and might save a lot.

    Management was good about responding to any issues I had. Relatively quick to fix.
    Cons:
    Units are small and walls are paper thin. Neighborhood itself can be messy.
