    Pros:
    Its affordable the neighborhood is very nice neighbors are pleasant
    Cons:
    Landlord or building manager never fixes anything they didn’t come to lay salt shovel won’t even come to look into power outages king and Queen of slumlords and the building was listed for sale and they didn’t even tell the tenants
    Advice to owner:
    If renting treat the tenants the same way you treat the when collecting the rent
