Gem of a Landlord

Pros:
Dudley Forester has a vested interest in this building. slowly making repairs to improve the entire building, backyard and front sidewalk area. In the last four years I’ve lived here he has repaired the sidewalk, built a small box around the tree out front, so that he can plant flowers. Which he does. This year he planted marigolds during the pandemic and it brightened everyone’s day. He also hangs Christmas lights. If something breaks in my apt he responds with in hours for a solution. Sometimes Arriving in an under an hour. The apartments are quite large. The water pressure is impressive. Helped out with rent during the Pandemic to all tenets.
Cons:
The walls are thin so you hear your neighbors. 2 of the 6 apartments have full drum sets and other musical instruments. No access to the backyard
Advice to owner:
Nothing, I thinks he’s great.
