The unit is fine! Washer in building was finally fixed after 6 months of being broken. Landlord is responsive. Not an asshole.
Cons:
Neighbors are insane. For real. You can hear next door neighbor yelling a pretty concerning amount. The roof was supposed to have a roof deck that was never built.
