    Pros:
    Horrible building and horrible landlord
    Cons:
    No words can describe how horrible the experience was woke up with an ant in my ear took it out it was still alive in my ear
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate completely ur entire part prevent holes of any kind leading into the building or basement
