Subpar Apartment, Extremely Shady Landlord, Stolen Mail a Major Problem

Pros:
The front of the building/garbage area is well maintained. Location isn't terrible - you're close to everything you'd need. 2 of the bedrooms of the 3 are a decent size. Inside of the apt was relatively well maintained.
Cons:
There's no source of heat in the living room/kitchen (big square in the middle of the apt with the living room/kitchen). There are no vents or radiators, so only the 3 rooms and the bathroom have heat. The winter's were freezing and only tolerable in the living/kitchen if you had 2 electric heaters blasting (which made the electric bill skyrocket). There's also no window in the living room/kitchen (just a skylight) and no central A/C, so that space was blistering hot during the summer months. -Mice - exterminator came twice, didn't do anything -Mail was stolen CONSTANTLY. Literally every other package my roommates and I had were stolen. -LL harassed us and threatened to turn our water off during our move out process. -LL was extremely shady and bipolar at times in regards to his mood and how he would talk to us. He also did not return our security deposits, and lied about damages.
