Cons:
The worst landlords I’ve ever dealt with. Went 3 years with a faulty boiler which meant no heat for 3 years. The landlords also couldn’t be bothered to even pretend to care. I spent every single morning lighting the boiler myself as the tenant. Ridiculous. Also it floods. They’re advice for flooding? “Go across the street grab the shop vac and vacuum it up”
