    Pros:
    Great space, all the amenities we need, close to the train (less than 15 mins walk)
    Cons:
    Garbage always all over the front yard, rodent infestation, leaks everywhere, roach infestation, non-responsive management. Improper handling of required updates. Does not pay for heat. Located right in front of Roosevelt projects, can be a little sketchy at times.
