    Modern apartment
    Ensuite rooms
    Cons:
    Landlord is not always responsive
    Washer/dryer need to be replaced
    Advice to owner:
    Be on the top of tenant requests

    Live here for a bit, ‘love/hate telationship

    Great location, and nice renovated room and appliances.
    Cons:
    Get your door locks changed when moving in. Owner doesn’t respond in a great timely manner.
    Advice to owner:
    Just respond as best as you can, great home but poor communication skills
