    Decent building, nice neigbors

    Pros:
    It’s a smaller building with only about 8 apartments. It makes the building less of a target for package thieves. The neighbors are quiet. The building management is responsive even though they are inefficient.
    Cons:
    The water pressure in the bathroom is really bad. There is only enough hot water for a 20 minute shower. The water begins to turn luke warm at the 30 minute mark.
    The recreation room in the basement is a waste of space. It’s not large enough to play pool in so the pool table is just taking up space. I think it should be either turned into a gym or storage for tenants to rent.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the water pressure in the bathroom.
    Upgrade the hot water tanks/boilers to provide more hot water.
    Turn the recreational room into something more useful.
