Great size for the price quick walk to J stop and decent amenities
Cons:
Common area was not that clean and there were issues with mailbox and packages. Super sometimes took a while to actually get to the apartment and didn’t always fix the issue.
Advice to owner:
Better maintenance of hallways faster respinse time for issues

Nothing . Absolutely no pros. Don’t live here
Cons:
Management sucks never fixes anything ignores fire hazards. Keeps sending us rent bills after we moved out . Withheld security deposit because they lost the keys we returned to them
Advice to owner:
Gain some ethics and hire a new management company
-- of renters received their security deposits back
