The windows on the second floor allow for natural sunlight.
Cons:
My apartment is in constant need of repair and the landlord is not responsive. There is a property manager who is even less responsive, and aggressive when he does respond to repair requests. Actual, high quality repairs never happen in this building. They make you wait for days before they even respond.
Advice to owner:
Be professional and take the tenants' repair requests seriously. Begin by responding after tenants request repairs. Further, Intimidation is preventing tenants from reporting needed repairs.
