    Nightmare landlord

    Pros:
    Building itself was okay even better for the price
    Cons:
    Landlord came into the apartment i abound on numerous occasions and when my roommate confronted him about this he kicked him out at the end of the month (month to month arrangement)
    Advice to owner:
    Read your own contract and nyc housing laws

    Bed stuy is nice
    Cons:
    I lived here for 5 months and was threatened by the landlord. He would also enter our apartment without notice and come into our room to turn off the AC. Very aggressive and very controlling.
