    Building is Falling Apart

    Pros:
    Beautiful Brownstone. Nice neighbors
    Cons:
    Major rat problem outside the building- could not put trash out after dark. Landlord lives out of town and has an unresponsive super who “deals” with issue. Mice problem during the winter. Plumbing issues constantly.
    Advice to owner:
    Put money into updating your building.
