    Beware of landlord
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Spacious apartment. Great part of Brooklyn and by 3 bus lines. Reasonably priced.
    Cons:
    This is a rent stabilized building because the landlord receives a J51 tax abatement—not that he would tell you. Landlord is shady and has tried to raise our rent up to $1000/mo because it’s a “luxury” building. It is not luxury, it is rent stabilized. If you move here be sure to join the tenants union!

    - location of the building
    - Super is nice & assists when needed
    - big windows in bedrooms
    Cons:
    - packages stolen
    - pest issue
    - only 1 washer & dryer
    - Landlord is unresponsive
