    Pros:
    New and clean
    Cons:
    Property manager literally doesn’t care, will not help if there are maintenance issues. Mail does not get delivered to the building. Utilities are insanely expensive. Street is insanely loud and walls are made of cardboard seemingly.
    Advice to owner:
    Get it together.
