Great spot to live

Pros

Unique building, beautiful renovation done relatively recently. Ample space, great neighbors and surrounding area. Bathrooms are nice. Open layout. Washer dryer in building. Best landlord I’ve ever had. Amazing light throughout and top floor unit is an absolutely gem.

Cons

Construction site next door (has been present 2019- present late 2021) doesn’t make for much of a stoop and has likely been attracting rats which sometimes can be found in trash outside. Hot water heater issue in 2020, though landlord is fantastic and responsive.
