    Pros:
    Full sized appliances is wonderful
    Cons:
    People break into the building all the time and the landlord doesn’t care at all.

    Care more

    Pros:
    Clean, well lit hallways. Amazing apartment amenities with full sized appliances.
    Cons:
    Mice and cockroach problem. Frequent break ins by package thieves. 5 people have been shot directly in front of the apartment building since living here. Landlord doesn’t care at all.
    Advice to owner:
    Care more about your property.
