    Nice windows, expensive electric bills

    Pros:
    New appliances, big windows, modern,
    Cons:
    Poorly done installations, thin interior walls, no elevator, stolen packages, loud parties by neighbors, electric bill much more expensive than other nearby buildings and areas, small sq footage for the price.
    Advice to owner:
    Electric audit for the building.
