You have to hold out from paying the rent to get thing fix it upgraded. The front door has been fix/broken for the last 15 years since I been living here(I'm still living here because my parents moved out and i decided to stay with the apt for the last 5 years to save money to buy a house). The heat is never on when you need the most (when ever it 32 below).
