    Beautiful 1930s interiors, some preserved original features.
    Cons:
    Odd apartment layouts. Lack of urgency on appliance repairs.

    Cons:
    Illegal SRO. Illegally collects extra deposit money. Tries to pressure residents into paying fees not mentioned in lease. Fire code violations. Nosy superintendent. Avoid.
