    Pros:
    Landlord is responsive, just takes a little nudging to get things done, building is safe and everything (mostly) works
    Cons:
    No pest control despite having yard and being near gardens, garbage not well managed and often piles up in front of apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in some pest control and a few more trash cans
