    Pros:
    It’s in Bed-Stuy?
    Cons:
    Rat droppings everywhere, garden is basically unuasable due to rodents, basement leaked every time it rained and it has zero natural light. Even after flooding our apartment, they refused to return our security deposit.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your property issues and respond to tenant complaints
