    Pros:
    washer and dryer in unit
    room controlled air and heat
    evenly split kitchen with two sinks
    close to train
    close to grocery store
    Cons:
    mold and water damage on ceiling
    a lot of stairs
    had roaches
    toilet gets weird and doesn’t flush sometimes
    Advice to owner:
    more empathy when tenants have complaints

    Pros:
    The building was brand new when I moved in (2017).. washer dryer in unit.. 2 kitchen sinks.. decent space (have definitely seen smaller apartments)
    Cons:
    The floor I lived on did not have an apartment above. Every time it rained my bathroom leaker from the ceiling. During our 2 years there we sent countless emails regarding repairs needed and a dark spot that was starting to form. After 2 years we decided to leave the apartment because they seemed to never want to get around fixing it.
    Advice to owner:
    Just do a simple repair.... having drops hit you and the head and a scary looking black spot on the ceiling is not a comfortable feeling WHATSOEVER.
