    Pros:
    Beautiful and Large unit
    Cons:
    You don’t get to pick roommates, they don’t use exterminator properly, maintenance is terrible.
    Advice to owner:
    Allow roommates to approve roommates, get better maintenance crew or have the current one do a proper job. Change appliances as per state law. Throw out garbage prior roommates leave behind.
