    Really liked living there.

    Morder deign of the apartment. Responsible owners
    Cons:
    Apartamentos facing the street get a lot of noises and in summer is a nightmare

    Tall ceilings
    Large bike storage shed in locked backyard
    Laundry in bldg
    Small workout area
    Cons:
    Friends had issues getting deposit refunds back

    One apartment had a stove installed incorrectly causing gas leak

    Thin walls between apartments (not the worst)

    Rooftop doesn’t get cleaned often

    Fire escape in back is very narrow
