    Actually pretty good
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Responsive management
    Monthly exterminator
    Laundry in building

    Building was actually pretty decent, management was responsive but chill, not overbearing or demanding/invasive
    Cons:
    Could have more dryers/clean the washing machines
    Gets cold in the apartment, heating is electric so it can get expensive

    Moved out bc wanted apartment with sunlight/better circulation
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you’re doing and don’t raise prices
