    Badly Maintained Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    One good thing was the natural sunlight from the South Facing Windows and access to two balconies and rooftop.
    Cons:
    Badly Maintained building with Events-space below which made it very noisy at night (Not sure if it is still there). The building was dirty and barely cleaned. Laundry was initially an amenity as part of the lease, but when I moved in it did not work due to leaking carbon monoxide and management refused to fix it.
