    Clean, but sometimes ignored

    Pros:
    Building was cleaned often, nice and quiet.
    Cons:
    Slow to repair/replace anything. Had a mouse problem that was never addressed by management. Front keypad is sometimes broken, leaving you locked out of the building
    Advice to owner:
    More responsive to tenant concerns
