You have to hassle management to get anything done

Pros:
Location is great, speakers in the ceiling and the in unit laundry were a huge selling point.
Cons:
There were two break ins in the past year of the bottom apartment through the backyard that management didn’t tell anyone about.
Also, they have an online portal to submit work that needs to be done, but you have to email, call, and I’ve even have to stop management in person to get any work done in my apartment.

Advice to owner:
Better communication for the tenants, we need to know when work is being done and when you plan on arriving to enter the apartments.
Also please tell us when illegal activity happens in the building, the only reason I knew what was going on is police rung my apartment and climbed into the backyard.
