Pros:
- if you can deal with landlords father you will have better luck
Cons:
- landlord is not responsive - landlord did not give deposit back within 14 days - landlord deducted for a new paint job, along with other normal wear and tear things even after the 14 days was up, which they are not allowed to do
Advice to owner:
