    Mice infestation and broken AC
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good size and back yard.
    Cons:
    Mice rampant. Rats live in the drain pipes. Broken AC landlord refused to fix during summer months.
    Landlord tried to take deposit after we did a walkthrough and she expressed how happy she was with the unit
    Advice to owner:
    Install proper AC, remove rodents
