    Good short term bad long term

    Pros:
    Short term leasing, no need to buy furniture, make friends, can be lively, nice area one block up, common space
    Cons:
    Horrible issues with door code and packages, not all the community feel it said it would have, horrible knat problem in shower, water took very long to get warm
