    Pros:
    Space, near the park, garden, close to public transportation
    Cons:
    Phone payment for washer/dryer in basement where phone doesn’t get signal (or if you don’t have a phone with apps), bathroom has no window and would easily collect mildew/mold, building fine but not new or updated
