Nice but expensive

Pros

The gym, common areas, and roof are well maintained and useful.

Cons

They changed the address of the building and apartment/floor numbers after we lived there for months. It was very strange. Extremely overpriced.

Communication around changes weren’t always handled well.

Terrible management company and building

Pros

None as it's overpriced Dog room is nice. Super is at least trying but can only do so much when building is shit

Cons

Avoid management as they don't response ever Cheap building material Bad neighborhood, next to project building. Search 60 Clarkson in the news. Elevator constantly broken People move in and out whenever No security as homeless kids come in and smoke in the building In summer, no air-condition any more so it's like 90 degree in hallway
