    Pros:
    It's a new building.
    Cons:
    Building managements in NYC have a low bar, but this one is just insane.Everything is just made to look nice on the outside. It took them more than a month to fix a safety issue with the stove. The amenities are so difficult to use. They flat out said no without any reason when I asked to sublease my place. They are always rude in their responses.

    If you're considering moving, please do yourself a favor and find something else, ideally something not owned by a management building. (Based on my personal experience as well as every single person in my building on the OneRoof neighborhood app)

    Good location, decent value

    -- Extremely clean
    -- Dog park in the back of building
    -- Rooftop and amenities are nice
    Cons:
    -- Washer/dryer keeps breaking down
    -- pinching pennies with extra costs for using certain amenities (grills etc) despite already paying an amenity fee
    -- slow response from management
