    Pros:
    Ben is super responsive with fixes at the apartment as well as general questions

    Amazing terrace spaces
    Cons:
    No trash area, have seen some gnarly bugs

    Wonderful apartment, wonderful landlords

    Pros:
    Beautiful fixtures and fantastic amenities. Storage under stairs as well as in unit. Clean, well maintained and when issues arose, landlords worked closely with us to handle.
    Cons:
    Older building so occasionally some problems that arise, but we feel they’ve been taken care of
