Gym, lounge, laundry in building. 4 washers, 3 dryers for 43 units, people are nice, lots of transplants. The roof is full furnished and has lots of space to relax, hangout, tan. Management is responsive. Dogs allowed.

Neighbors are quite noisy at times and inconsiderate entering their apartment (slamming doors). There’s also a few dog owners that let their pets urinate in the stairwell, lobby, and defecate on the roof. (I have two, it’s not hard to pick up after them) pretty sure there’s a woman abusing her children on the 3rd floor as she’s screaming as early as 7am or as late as 10pm, and it’s SCREAMING. I’ve inquired a few times through management and noise levels have not changed. There’s also some other neighbors I’ve personally knocked on the door to turn noise down. Several children on the floor too that scream and cry, just being children. Sometimes neighbors will leave their stuff in dryer or washer hogging the machines. I’ve also seen some kids running around and spitting on the floor, parents can’t control them.

The neighbors here are LOUD. Management doesn't really do much more than send an email, they just want the money. TWO tenants have had a very loud alarm in their unit for several days. I've phoned the police and filed a 311 report and all the tenant has to do is change their smoke detector battery, don't understand how they're sleeping through that when they have children and I can hear it from my unit at the opposite end of the hall. If you can handle inconsiderate and childish neighbors, live here.

This building was built in 8 months and sometimes it shows. The counter top is not sealed so everything-even water- stains. There's a crack running up some corners of our walls, don't know why.

The biggest thing is the neighbors being classless and inconsiderate. Mainly the families. The younger folks are considerate thankfully.

Do something about the the trashy tenants so the cops don’t keep coming here.

All new appliances, very clean, gym, roof terrace, laundry in building, package room, bike room.

Smaller apartment with no windows in the kitchen/living space just in the bedrooms.
