    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Moved out due to neighbor. Very noisy and harassed me with violence. Management did nothing about it and rent was too expensive to not be rectified. Horrible experience. Other neighbors shared same experience. Building not kept up often. Washer water smells like sewage, bad neighbors

    Advice to owner:
    Prioritize paying tenants over those who get to “live for free”, which is no problem but to be so obnoxious to other neighbors because you have free housing is outrageous
