    Pros:
    The owners dog
    Cons:
    - Owner is clearly not stable
    - Smell upon entering the building
    - Building locks are not secure
    - Building has clearly not been professionally maintained by a professional contractor, or inspected by the city in several years.
    - Severe water damage and pipe leaks resulting in rotted wood and damaged ceilings and walls that have not been professionally fixed
    Advice to owner:
    Sell the building because you clearly don't have the capital to maintain it
