I’ve lived in this apartment for 3 years and it’s going to be very hard for me to move. The landlord is super responsive and has been upgrading the building, without raising our rent yet, which is super nice. We have a 3 bedroom with a big communal space, AC & heat, and washer / dryer for a very reasonable price.
Cons:
I wish we had access to some outdoor space. But with Herbert Von King only a few blocks away, you can't really complain.
