    Great management and neighborhood

    Pros:
    Neighbors were great, it was usually quiet by 10-11pm even on weekends
    Cons:
    Walls are thin so you can hear most things, and doesn’t have great insulation but I guess that comes with living in most brownstones

    They are quick to make repairs, responsive management, clean building, and friendly.
    Cons:
    The apartment itself was small.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the quick repairs, responsive management, and friendly service.
