    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Tons of sunlight and lots of space.
    Cons:
    Often leaks in the ceiling. You need 4 different keys to get into the building and then your apartment. Water pressure is terrible and the heat is terrible. Basic maintenance is difficult to come by. The owner likes to patch things rather than fix them.
    Advice to owner:
    Spend some money to get your building to a livable healthy place
