    Good building in great area
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Depending on the unit, the building has some nice amenities and it is in a great location
    Cons:
    Horrible water pressure that would sometimes stop all together in the middle of the shower (I lived on top floor). Also leaks on top floor.
