- 4 bedrooms/2 full baths, which are hard to find - Newly renovated - A lot of natural light in the southern-facing apartments - Close to the A/C station and LIRR - Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores
Cons:
- No one ever cleans the common areas (entryway and stairwell), and they are starting to get dirty-looking - They are really slow to respond to maintenance issues. For example, our Latch system broke, and it took months to fix - They also make annoying, stupid mistakes. For example, they told everyone in the building the wrong meter to sign up for, and we didn't find out that we had actually been paying for our neighbors' electricity and gas for over one year - They are bad at communicating important things, such as the fact that building has 2 addresses, and if you use the wrong one, your mail and packages won't get delivered - Rents have been crazily increased in the last 2 years
Advice to owner:
Please clean the building and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner!
