Pretty Good Place In Decent Spot

Pros:
Structure nice, modern ish, large stoop, keyless access, good lighting.
Cons:
Cockroaches in basement often, some mold in moist places

Faster maintenance

Well worth the $ if you loke coliving

Cons:
One fridge for 6 people.
Some closets and doors get stuck.
